And you thought Shula was upset...

(September 30, 2003) — (Pinson, Alabama-AP) -- A man in Pinson, Alabama, is charged with attempted murder of his son after Alabama's double overtime loss to Arkansas. Police say the man held a gun to his son's head and pulled the trigger. The bullet narrowly missed 20-year-old Seth Logan, who said he picked the wrong time to ask his dad for a car. Forty-six-year-old Joseph Alan Logan surrendered to police Saturday and was charged with attempted murder and domestic violence. He was released on 75-hundred dollars bond. Police say the request upset Joseph Logan because his son has already wrecked several vehicles. Officers said the father told them he was just trying to scare his son. The son said he moved his head just in time to avoid being shot. The son sought help from a neighbor.
