The Golden Eagles continued their perfect season at 5-0 with a win on Saturday against Central Baptist College (Ark.) with a final score of 81-61.

Junior Abel Galliguez led JBU with 21 points after going 5-of-9 from downtown followed by freshman Tucker Trumbo with 11 and senior Andy Garcia with 10.

Overall, JBU shot 48 percent (27-56) from the floor and held CBC to 39 percent (21-53).  JBU won the rebounding battle 46-25.

The men will take the court again on the road against Bacone (Okla.) this Tuesday at 7 p.m.  This will be their final tuneup before beginning conference play on Tuesday, Nov. 22 at home against Rogers State (Okla.) at 8 p.m.
