JBU Wins 11 ADDY Awards

Siloam Springs, Arkansas (March 2, 2011) — Students from the John Brown University Visual Arts department walked away with 11 awards at the recent Northwest Arkansas Ad Federation “ADDY Awards” competition. JBU received a “Best-in-Show” award, along with four Gold Medal awards, four Silver Medal awards and two Bronze Medal awards.

Students with Silver Medal, Gold Medal and “Best-In-Show” awards will be entered into the regional competition in the spring.

The Student ADDY Awards cover all major aspects of the advertising and design industry. This provides a competitive framework and allows students to showcase their talent. The work is held to the high creative standards established by the ADDY Awards and are judged by a leading panel of ADDY judges.
