Tennis Signs Tulsa Native

Siloam Springs, Ark. (March 18, 2011) — Blake Zoellner from Tulsa, Okla. has signed a national letter of intent to play tennis for JBU next school year.

Zoellner comes to JBU from Metro Christian Academy, where he has competed at the state level.  Zoellner has also competed in sectionals for men’s tennis players rated 3.5 out of seven by the National Tennis Rating Program.

“I’ve very excited to have this opportunity and hope to add depth to the roster,” said Zoellner.  “I’m also looking forward to beginning my college academic career and moving towards obtaining my undergraduate degree.”

Zoellner, son of Robert and Carrie Zoellner, plans to major in mathematics.
