Student Works Exhibit Now Open at JBU

Siloam Springs, Ark. (March 13, 2010) — The annual showcase of student artwork is now on display in the JBU Art Gallery. The exhibit will run through Thursday, April 1.

Students participating in the Student Works exhibit are from a variety of majors, not just Visual Arts. The six different categories will include Cinema (Best Director), Graphic/Web Design, Photography, Illustration, Digital Art (2D, 3D and motion graphics), and Fine Art. The Student Works show has been a tradition at JBU for over twenty years. There are over 100 pieces of work that have been submitted and the exhibit is always anticipated as a great showcase for student talent.

The JBU Art Gallery is located in JBU’s art building on the main campus in Siloam Springs. Normal gallery hours are Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-4 p.m. and Sunday afternoon from 2 p.m.-4 p.m. All gallery exhibits are free and open to the public.
