Branson, Mo. (November 10, 2007) - In their second game of the Ozarks (Mo.) Classic, the John Brown Lady Golden Eagles fell 59-49 to William Jewell (Mo.) after leading 27-25 at halftime. Sophomore LeNece Glossett led John Brown (1-3) with 17, while Hillary Adams had a game high 20 points for William Jewell (4-1). The women fell from shooting 41% in the first half to shooting only 28% in the second half. JBU also committed 31 turnovers to 23 from William Jewell. Missed shots and turnovers allowed William Jewell to gain momentum and control the game en route to the win. John Brown looks to regroup this week and returns to action on Friday when they travel to take part in the Southwestern Assemblies of God Classic. JBU plays Dallas Christian on Friday at 5:30 p.m. and returns to floor against tournament host SWAG on Saturday at 7:30 p.m.
