Siloam Springs, Ark. (October 3, 2006) - John Brown University will welcome over 500 alumni and friends to campus on Friday, Oct. 6 and Saturday, Oct. 7 for its annual Homecoming celebration.
Notable events occruing throughout the weekend include: an Alumni Career Fair from 1 p.m.-3 p.m., the 25th Rugby Team Reunion Banquet at 7 p.m. on Friday, the premier of the student drama: The Curious Savage at 10 p.m. on Friday, and The Homecoming Showcase at 7 p.m. on Saturday.
Jerry Rollene, director of alumni and parent relations, as well as a JBU graduate of the class of ’75, said the weekend would be a great chance for past and present JBU students to celebrate the impact the University has had on their lives.
“The showcase is the perfect integration of current and graduated students celebrating JBU,” Rollene said.
