JBU Psychology students are currently conducting research on many interesting topics, including the experiences of women faculty at Christian colleges, mentoring, social media and spiritual formation.

JBU Psychology students have presented their research at the Midwestern Christian Psychology Conference and JBU's own Celebration of Academic Excellence.

Initial Forays into Psychological Science

The JBU Psychology Department publishes a journal of undergraduate research: Initial Forays into Psychological Science. Any psychology student can submit their work for consideration in the journal. The Research Seminar class acts as the peer review board to determine which projects are accepted for publication.
