Staff

My name is Austin Robertson, and I am the Resident Director of the Townhouses. I graduated from Wartburg College in Waverly, IA in 2003 with a B.A. in psychology. In addition to being a Resident Director, I am currently enrolled in the JBU graduate program and am pursuing a M.A. in ministry with a higher education emphasis.

This is my second opportunity to work on a college campus since my graduation and being in this type of setting could be something I do for years to come. I love sharing life with students and walking alongside them as they grow and mature in many different ways througout their time in college. It is an honor for me to serve the Lord through my relationships with them in hopes that we might encourage, challenge, and grow in our faith together.

I am excited about the opportunity I have to serve the residents in the Townhouses. Many are upperclassmen who are within a year or two of taking the giant step into the professional world or graduate school. My hope is that their time in the Townhouses before that transition might be filled with quality friendships, a sense of community, and a willingness to glorify and serve the Lord alongside their fellow residents.
