Duplexes

Broadhurst Village, affectionately called the "Duplexes," is a small community of duplex housing located on the edge of campus. This living area is designed to give juniors and seniors a chance to get out of the dorms, but still have a close connection with the rest of campus. The duplexes are complete with a full kitchen, giving the residents the opportunity to do most of their own cooking. The additional independence of daily open dorm hours and maintenance of a personal living area encourages responsibility among students who are preparing to transition to life after college.

One room and two room duplexes are available for two to four people. Laundry facilities and a small park are also located in the duplex community for resident use.

New students move in 5:30 pm Friday, August 20, 2010

Meal plans begin at dinner on Tuesday, August 24, 2010

Christmas Break

Residence halls close at 8:00 am Saturday, December 18, 2010
Residence halls reopen at noon Monday, January 10, 2011

Spring Break

Residence halls close at 8:00 am Saturday, March 19, 2011
Residence hall reopen at 12:00 noon Saturday, March 26, 2011

Last day of school

Residence halls close at 12:00 noon on Saturday, May 7, 2011
(For graduates only, halls close at 7:00 pm)

Note: Residence Facilities do not close during Fall break, Thanksgiving Break or Easter Break.
