Melissa Roose

Melissa is a practicum student in her third year of the graduate counseling program at JBU. She grew up in The Woodlands, Texas and graduated from Baylor University with an Economics degree in 2002. Melissa also serves as the graduate assistant for Graduate Christian Fellowship, a program dedicated to nurturing, encouraging, and equipping grad students in their Christian walks of faith. Other counseling experience includes working with children, adults, couples, and families at a Christ-centered, non-profit organization. When she is not studying or working, Melissa enjoys swimming and working out. She also enjoys singing, playing the piano, and hanging out with friends.
