Speed Limits, Traffic, and Parking Regulations
The speed limit is 10 mph in the residence hall and Broadhurst Village areas and 25 mph on the remainder of the campus. These speed limits are enforced by Campus Safety.
Fines will be levied for these offenses at the rates indicated:

ALL FINES WILL BE DOUBLED FOR REPEAT VIOLATIONS
Citations must be presented for payment within 5 days (excluding Sat., Sun., and holidays). Failure to do so will result in an additional fee of $5.00 being assessed
Fines can be paid in person at the Chapmin Admin. Business Office front desk with cash, check, money order or credit card. Check or money order can also be sent to John Brown University Attention: Business Office, 2000 West University Street, Siloam Springs, Arkansas 72761. A copy of the citation(s) must accompany payment.
Appeal:
Students who believe they have circumstances that may invalidate
their parking or traffic fines can appeal within two weeks. Contact
Campus Safety at 524-7403 or Student Life at 524-7252.
Fines become automatic after two weeks and will be added to your student account.
