Campus Safety
Registration of Vehicles
- All students are required to register vehicles (automobiles, motorcycles,
and motorized scooters) with the Campus Safety Office immediately
upon bringing the vehicle to campus. Three wheelers,
dirt bikes, and other off-road vehicles are not allowed on campus.
- Registration fees for automobiles are $25 per year and $15 annually
for motorcycles and motorized scooters.
- University Parking Permit decals will be issued upon registration
and must be displayed on the bottom of front windshield passenger
side. Decals for motorcycles must be displayed on the right front
fork.
- Decals must be displayed properly to avoid
penalty.
- Students driving a borrowed vehicle that is not registered on campus,
e.g., parent's car, must notify the Campus Safety Office to receive
a temporary permit free of charge. Failure to do so will result in
a fine.
- Students must become familiar with all JBU parking and traffic regulations
included in the official "Parking and Traffic Regulations"
pamphlet on this website. Check with Campus Safety for clarification.
