Campus Parking
John Brown University is a pedestrian campus, and all classrooms are located within a few minutes walk from the residence halls and parking areas.
Parking Regulations:
- Resident student's vehicles are to remain parked in the designated resident lots during normal class hours (8 a.m. - 5 p.m.), Monday-Friday.
- The WLHC lot is reserved for Day Student and WLHC Corporate members parking during normal class hours, Monday-Friday.
- Your color-coded parking sticker designates your status as a resident or day student, and your authorized parking area is color coded to the color of your parking sticker.
- If you change residence status you must contact Campus Safety to obtain a new parking sticker. Only a valid colored sticker can be displayed for the current school year.
You may not park:
- In parking areas with signs that are a different color than that of your parking sticker.
- In a temporary parking lane for longer than 10 minutes.
- In a no-parking zone, in a driveway, past the end of a marked row, on the grass, blocking a dumpster, or in a parking spot designated for the physically impaired.

- Gold - WLHC Corporate Members
- Yellow - Day Students
- Red - Townhouses and J. Alvin Residence Hall
- Orange - Mayfield Residence Hall
- Blue - Broadhurst Village
- Black - Faculty / Staff / Visitor
- Brown - Freshman Lots / Overflow
- Green - Walker Residence Hall
- Purple - North Hall
B. Overflow Parking Areas for Day Students
Day students may also park in the lower-tiered lot east of the Murray Sells Gym.
