“And you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth.”
Acts 1:8b

In line with JBU’s motto of Head, Heart, Hand, JBU students have several opportunities to go out and serve others here in the US and abroad. No matter where students go, they will experience the joy of serving others and learn from those of different perspectives and backgrounds.

We are called to the ends of the earth, and even though these mission trips are service opportunities, they should not be reduced that simplistically. Students will be faced with issues such as humility and boldness in speaking about their faith in ways that they perhaps have never experienced. As a result, students will experience the reality of being made strong in their weaknesses.

Mission Trips happen during Fall, Spring, and Summer Breaks and destinations include Chicago, Mexico, and Ireland. All mission trips have a particular focus, ranging from service projects to evangelism, but all are designed to change students’ perspectives!
