The mission of the Information Technology Services Division is to enhance the communication, teaching and learning processes at John Brown University by effectively and efficiently addressing the dynamic information needs of the University community.
ITS is committed to serving the academic and administrative computing needs of the University. We operate the Help Desk and public computing labs. We coordinate the purchasing of University technology equipment and services.
We are committed to providing information technology solutions that align with University goals and objectives. We will partner with you to design and develop appropriate systems that provide access to the information you need.

The Help Desk is staffed from 8:00 am – Noon and 1:00 pm –
