Dual Concentration
Master of Science in Counseling, with a dual emphasis in Community Counseling and Marriage and Family Therapy
The dual track is designed for those who wish to practice both as a Marriage and Family Therapist and as a Licensed Professional Counselor. The 67-credit hour dual emphasis allows candidates who have completed the program to sit for the National Counselor Examination (NCE), and the national examinations in Marriage and Family Therapy. This dual emphasis program prepares one for a profession as both a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).
