The MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior is designed for those with an interest in understanding human resources and how people create success within an organization. With a focus on managing human capital and understanding performance metrics and organizational analysis, MBA-OB graduates will be well equipped to work in any industry.

Concentration hours will be offered beginning fall 2017, with the 24 hours of required BA core to be completed prior to enrollment in concentration courses.
