A Window of Opportunity
The $20 Million Challenge was created by an anonymous donor to encourage alumni and friends of John Brown University to raise $20 million that can be used for current or new endowed scholarship funds and program endowment. The anonymous donor has pledged up to $10 million in matching funds.
Gifts that are eligible for the matching funds include:
- all current and deferred gifts designated to new and/or existing endowed scholarships that meet minimal criteria and conditions.
Other qualifying funds may be used to create endowment support for key programs at JBU. These programs include:
- The Center for Relationship Enrichment
- The Director of Discipleship Position
- The Faculty Excellence Program
- The Leader Scholars Institute
