The Need

Crumbling and deteriorating exterior walls   Crumbling and deteriorating exterior walls   Cracked and loose stained glass window pains
50 years of exposure to the elements have caused the exterior concrete block walls of the Cathedral Group to begin crumbling and deteriorating, placing the interiors at risk for moiusture penetration and mold.   The 35 to 50 year old mechanical systems in the Cathedral and Engineering buildings need to be updated. The roofs of all three buildings also need to be replaced.   The stained glass windows need restoration and repair as some of the panes have cracked and other windows are bulging and loose in their frames.
