One of my favorite things about working at JBU is attending Commencement twice a year. I dearly love to watch our Advance Program graduates walk across the stage in the Bill George Arena in Siloam Springs and shake President Pollard's hand. It's special because I know how much they've sacrificed to get their diplomas.

Many of our graduates bring kids, spouses, parents, and extended families to Commencement, and it's fun to see the pride on their faces, too. JBU Advance Program grads are invited to submit a thank-you message to be included in the Commencement program and, as you can imagine, most of them include appreciation to their families.

Ginger, a graduate from Vilonia, wrote a tribute to her three kids (pictured above) in the Commencement program, telling them, "This degree will change our lives." Indeed it will.
