A lot of folks start a new year by making resolutions. Whether you write them down or simply make an internal list of things you'd like to accomplish in the coming months, most of us vow to improve our lives at the beginning of each year.
My resolutions this year include improved spiritual and physical health, as well as better financial management. I also want to run my first half-marathon this spring, which is a great step toward improving my health, as well as the fulfillment of a long-time goal.
