Mejia named to "Fast 15"

Organizational management student Omar Mejia has been named one of this year's "Fast 15" honorees by the Northwest Arkansas Business Journal.
The Fast 15 is designed to recognize a small, exclusive group of 20-something professionals on the fast track to success. Mejia, 28, is vice president and branch manager at Arvest Bank in Rogers. He'll graduate from JBU in 2014, then plans to continue on to graduate school.
Mejia is active in the northwest Arkansas community. He served as a volunteer for Rogers' Frisco Festival, and is active with the northwest Arkansas chapter of ALPFA, a leadership development organization for Latinos.
