We're proud of the rich diversity of our student body, faculty and staff because it means students are exposed to customs and cultures they might not otherwise experience. Not only will you get a global experience right here on campus, but we're more than happy to take you around the world during a missions trip or a study abroad opportunity.
Our students come from all over the world. They are citizens of 32 countries including: Australia, Austria, Bahamas, Barbados, Belize, Brazil, Cambodia, Cameroon, Canada, Colombia, Costa Rica, Denmark, Ecuador, El Salvador, Ethiopia, Guatemala, Honduras, Hong Kong, Kenya, Malaysia, Mexico, Nicaragua, Panama, Russia, South Korea, Taiwan, Uganda, Ukraine, United Kingdom, Uruguay, Vietnam and Zambia.
JBU is also home to many students that, while U.S. citizens, grew up all over the world with parents who worked in ministry or international business. They come from Chile, China, Czech Republic, Faroe Islands, France, Germany, Hungary, Japan, Republic of South Korea, Malaysia, Peru, Philippines, Poland, Scotland, Senegal, Singapore, South Africa, Thailand, United Arab Emirates and the United Kingdom.
