My name is Bryan Cole and I am the Resident Director of the Townhouses, an on-campus housing option geared toward upperclassmen. I was born in Colorado, but grew up overseas in the incredible country of Ecuador for a little over thirteen years. I am a JBU grad with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and a minor in Graphic Design. Currently, I am in pursuit of my Master's degree in Leadership and Higher Education.
After a year of serving as the Dean of Students of a Semester Abroad Program in Ecuador, I jumped on board here at JBU. As an undergraduate, I lived in North Hall and was a Resident Assistant (RA) there for two years. Between planning events on campus, coordinating intramural sports, playing sand volleyball every chance I got, meeting with small group bible studies, and making taco runs at least three times a week, my undergraduate years were filled with lots of fun, friendships and yes… studying as well.
I am so excited to be back on campus and to serve the Townhouse residents. The Townhouses are unique in the ways that students can cook more meals in their own kitchens, live in closer community in a house setting and transition well from a Residence Hall to life and living after graduation. Needless to say, the Townhouses are where it's at, and I am so blessed to return to being a part of and working in this JBU community.
