JBU Rental Houses

Located on S. Holly Street.

JBU provides safe, attractive, and comfortable housing for married, graduate, and non-traditional students who wish to live on or near the JBU campus.

The Rental Houses are located just south of campus, within walking distance.

Rental houses offer a very pleasant environment while attending John Brown University. Located within walking distance, it is very convenient and easily accessible. A completely furnished kitchen, washers & dryers, and open areas will make your stay comfortable. There are three rentals available:

  • security deposit for all house rentals - $500
  • 340 S. Holy St. - Five bedrooms and two bathrooms $1250/mo.
  • 1570 Holly Place. - three bedrooms and two bathrooms $1000/mo.
  • 120 S. Holly St. - three bedrooms and one bath $800/mo.

These prices are effective July 1
