In addition to serving as an adjunct at JBU, Ms. Roberta M. Clark is an Instructor in the Department of Business Administration in the Division of Business at Arkansas Baptist College. After 27 years of employment at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Ms. Clark retired to pursue her lifelong dream of teaching full-time in a religious-based academic university.
Ms. Clark holds an Executive MBA from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, a Bachelor of Science in Management with an emphasis on Human Resource Management from Park University and an Associate of Arts in General Studies at Pulaski Technical College, North Little Rock, Arkansas. Ms. Clark is an active member of the Central Arkansas Human Resource Association (CAHRA) and the Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM). Past chapter association positions include Immediate Past President, President, President-Elect and general board member.
Presently, Ms. Clark is the President of the Board of Directors for Youth Home, Inc., which is a non-profit agency that focuses on helping emotionally troubled adolescents and families become healthier contributing members of the community. She is an active member in her church, Mt. Zion Baptist Church and serves as the Statistician for the Official Board of the Consolidated Missionary Baptist State Convention of Arkansas.
