Mission Statement

The faculty of the Division of Biblical Studies is committed to the Bible as the Word of God and teaches from an evangelical, non-sectarian perspective.

The Division of Biblical Studies strives to equip students with a solid foundation in biblical, historical, and spiritual theology. In addition, the students within each of its seven majors develop the valuable skills and understanding necessary for professional work and life-long discipleship. The students in this division also receive excellent preparation for continuing their studies in graduate school or seminary.
