Women's soccer cracks Top 25
Siloam Springs, Ark. (November 4, 2009) — The JBU women’s soccer team enjoyed the fruit of their labor on Tuesday afternoon after being ranked in the NAIA’s Top 25 poll for the first time this season. The ladies are tied at 24th in the country with 127 votes received in this week’s national poll.
With an overall record of 12-5 and conference record of 9-1, the women are currently ranked as the number one seed heading into this weekend’s Sooner Athletic Conference tournament. The ladies will receive a first round bye and look to host the winner of the four vs. five seed game next Tuesday at 2 p.m.
