2012-13 Goals
All of our programs have needs above and beyond their operational budget. Some of the specific needs this year include:
All Programs:
- Funding for the Champions of Character and Fellowship of Christian Athletes (FCA) programs which provide opportunities for our student-athletes to grow in leadership and community service
Sports Information:
- Enhancement of the website and game day programs as well as production of recruiting guides for all sports
- Cameras for high-quality action photos
- Funds to purchase the equipment to provide live video stream for the soccer press box
- Funds to use to enhance our audio broadcasts of JBU basketball games
Strength and Conditioning:
- Strength and conditioning equipment (we want to continue to improve the equipment in our varsity weight room which is accessible to all athletes)
Sport-Specific:
- Additional basketball shooting machine
- Windscreens for tennis courts
- Funding for the Hall of Fame banquet and 40th anniversary celebrations for volleyball and women’s basketball
