Date to place regalia orders with the JBU Bookstore. Shipping is available. Contact the Bookstore directly at 479.524.7195. Orders will be accepted until April 15, 2008, without incurring a late fee. The Bookstore will open at 9:00 a.m. on the day of Commencement.
Monday, March 24, 2008
Last day to take CLEP exams (Traditional and Professional Studies students) and DANTES exams (Professional Studies students only). Deadline for providing documentation that all graduation requirements will be met by May 2, 2008.
Sunday, April 20, 2008
Deadline for Traditional Undergraduate students to meet all chapel requirements in order to be eligible to participate in commencement. Contact the Office of Christian Formation (479) 524-7213 if you have any questions.
Friday, April 18, 2008
All correspondence course final exams must be taken no later than Friday, April 18, 2008.
- To be considered an official Spring 2008 graduate, we must receive documentation of completed work by June 6, 2008.
- Diplomas will be mailed by mid July. Please check with the Business Office to make sure your account is in good standing as this may prevent your diploma/official transcript from being released.
- Official transcripts – Federal Privacy Laws state that we must require a signature from the student before we can release any document with your grades on it. Therefore, transcripts are not automatically mailed after graduation. If you would like an official or unofficial transcript, please visit the Registrar homepage, then click on the Transcript Request form. You may print this form and fax or mail it to our office.
