Instructions to Graduates
Saturday, May 3, 2008, Commencement Day (Traditional Undergraduate
students)
8:30am - Doors open to the Walton Lifetime Health Complex. Guests
with disabilities may enter through the north entrance. Other guests
may enter through the main (west) entrance. There is no reserved
seating.
There will be no commencement rehearsal. Students are to familiarize themselves with the General Procedures.
- 9:00 am - Traditional Undergraduate students report to Murray Sells Gym for group pictures. Family and guests are not allowed in this area during pictures and processional lineup. The lineup will begin at 9:30 a.m. Please leave valuables such as purses, cell phones, keys, etc. with friends or family. Murray Sells Gym is not monitored or secured during the ceremony.
- 10:00 am - Commencement for Traditional Undergraduate students in the Walton Lifetime Health Complex.
