Student Activities - Eagle Construction
JBU construction management majors operate Eagle Construction through the CM 4713 and CM 4723 classes. The company performs all of the typical activities of a residential builder. Eagle Construction builds one house each year in an affordable housing subdivision in Siloam Springs.
Seniors manage the project. This includes dealing with permits, schedules, money, materials purchasing and subcontractors. The CM freshmen, through classes CM 1112 and CM 1122, provide labor for the project.
Eagle Construction has a large collection of construction tools and equipment to use during all phases of construction.
