Participation Rates & Support for Athletic Programs

In 2013-2014 John Brown University supported five intercollegiate athletic teams for men and five intercollegiate athletic teams for women. During the 2013-2014 seasons, 66 men (47.5%) and 73 women (52.5%) participated.

The expenses for 2013-2014 were $998,309 for men’s teams, and $1,282,479 for women’s teams. Items included were as follows:
